Think Build-A-Bear but herbal and intentional. This workshop is rooted in reflection and play as a means to connect to your inner child. Together we will journey through a guided meditation, learn about herbs and their healing properties, and finish off by creating your own personalized bear.
Each ticket purchased includes one bear and all the ingredients to build it (stuffing, herbs, essential oils).
