Throughout the retreat you'll have the opportunities to create handmade herbal infused tools to support you along your journey. you will be walking away with a personalized self-care bear and a customized affirmation candle.
Each ticket purchased includes one bear, one candle, and all the ingredients to customize them (stuffing, herbs, essential oils, and more). Lunch and snacks will also be provided for each participant.
